Hi all!

My name is Chris hailing from Houston.  The journey here has been long and fun.  I never even thought to post in an EFT forum before this, but now seems like the perfect time.  I've been using EFT since 2005.  I used to have group sessions with a group of friends who were tired of feeling limited, stressed, and self destructive.  After watching a movie called "What the Bleep do we know", a close friend changed my life.  I started seeing more of the world.  He helped me resolve the past and explain why I kept repeating the same mistakes.  We started getting into psychology to help resolve it, but it was most difficult.

One day, of our meeting friends found Gary Craig's EFT online.  He ordered a DVD where we watched this guy get over his fear of drowning.  I was in awe.  For month's after that we would sit in a table and go around to say what beliefs we currently believe about ourselves.  We would on the spot perform EFT(although we did alter it a bit) to see the changes.  We encouraged each other, pushed each other in a positive direction, and have all had benefits far beyond what we imagined.

When you realize that your actions are based off an emotional need for attention, safety, or an unresolved and forgotten want, EFT resolves it.  It took the energy out of these programs to allow me to choose new paths in life.  Before EFT, I was stuck at a career job that wasn't making me happy.  I was seeking attention in ways that did not actually make happy.  I was very self destructive.  I was always fighting for 3rd place so I could be below people.  EFT removed those ideals to help me today.

I have traveled the country with my childhood friends in the band Psychostick.  Some of the  members used EFT to overcome their fears and we quit everything to try out the band.  The stories, the fun, the adventure is great.  I am now settling down with a beautiful woman in my first house.  My life gets better everyday.  I am spreading the word of EFT to co-workers, friends, and colleagues everyday.

My life is blessed, but I thank Gary for paving the way for the very many things I've learned.   I can't wait to learn more and share with you all.  Thanks for your time.

Hello Mr. Wolf,

"When you realize that your actions are based off an emotional need for attention, safety, or an unresolved and forgotten want, EFT resolves it." These are some of the best words ever used to describe EFT. :) You have a way with words.

This was pretty much where I was too when I got to know about EFT. I was so bogged down by emotional overwhelm and unnecessary fears (well, they look unnecessary to me now that I look back) that I started searching online for something that could help me deal with all those overflowing emotions and thoughts that were simply keeping me where I was. Luckily I ran into Gary's website (emofree.com at that time and I've not looked back since. :)

Glad to know that everything is falling into place for you .. :) Good luck!

Sonal
