I have to stay over at an aunt's house because my relative's in the hospital. Oh how I despise her so – she tells me what to do, she controls like every aspect of my life. Like for instance when she asks me to pull my shirt down to cover the hem of my pants, I acquice, but not without pouting. I wish she were dead right now! THIS REALLY TICKS ME OFF!!!

What should I do? I need some EFT affirmations and setup pherases so I can deal with her effectively. PLEASE HELP!!! Yell
