I just wanted to share the enormous help that EFT was to me after our baby died at birth. There was just so many levels to the grief. I wondered at first if it was appropriate to use it, but quickly realised that EFT only takes away that which is no longer needed.

There were numerous aspects that I worked with using EFT. Probably started a couple of months after the initial shock, and just being with my feelings. I used EFT to neurtalise the trauma I experienced in the emergency of trying to save our baby. Worked very well in dealing with guilt, the "what ifs", sense of failure. Also helped shift the anger as well. Lost track of all the ways I used EFT, but there was lots.

After losing our second baby from miscarriage, I found EFT to be very important in dealing with feelings around my body, and fears that we'd never raise any children, as well as the grief.

Finally EFT was an absolute blessing to use throughout our third pregnancy in keeping me calm, and went on to have a beautiful birth to a gorgeous boy. I know EFT works!!

Dear Julie,

What a wonderful post about how you used EFT to help heal from the pain of your first two pregnancies and to help you stay calm during your successful third one! It's very inspiring.

You are so right about EFT only taking away what is no longer needed. I have encountered that concern with a number of clients who felt guilty about using EFT to help get relief in certain situations like yours. I encouraged them to use EFT in the same way to release that which was no longer needed.

Lovely story!

Warm regards,
Stefan
