I tried this for a while, and it is amazing. To me, I use this WITH EFT.
I can only provide a quick description as of right now since I am at work. I'll elaborate later.
BSFF uses instructions that you give your brain to uplift negative emotional roots. When you begin, you are asked to use a cue word. You will read a set of instructions that your brain will enact whenever you use this cue word. When you feel stressed, you just say your cue word, and your brain performs the instructions to calm you down. It works wonderfully with EFT. I used my cue word when I am at work or can't sit down to write down what issues I have. I'll use EFT and my cue word to increase effectiveness.
Recently, I have been learning that although BSFF is great, EFT is necessary for the physical relieft it provides. The two in my life cannot exist without the other. I have made adjustments to fit them both in. It is recommended.
